OUR STORY
Juma Homes came to be after Justin and Marissa Donahoo decided to build their first home
together on Galopagos Ct. in Windsor, Colorado in 2015. During their process they realized
they really had a knack for coming up with unique floor plans, and innovative designs.
The crafting of their first home really proved their talents and before they knew it, the demand followed.

As residential specialists, our mission is to provide our clients with the highest level of
construction and customer service. Our goal is to build homes and develop communities where value, location, and lifestyle come together. We are committed to building exceptional and distinctive homes, beginning with design, through construction to final closing, and beyond. No detail is ever too small or insignificant.
OUR PROCESS
Buying or building a home is a big decision and it’s important that our customers feel
comfortable throughout the whole process. When working with Juma Homes, they are working with an experienced, passionate, and family-run company. We believe that the home building process should be a collaboration from start to finish. Our goal is to make this process as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible.

Once the closing date is decided and agreed upon, our clients are given a final
walk-through to go over the design and details of their new home. The “passing of
the keys” are a sign of a satisfied customer and a job well done.
